There are some positives with WB, but the negatives really overshadow the positives. Like others have mentioned, my account has disappeared without a trace. I hope it gets sorted out soon, but I’m not too optimistic since I’ve had my share of trouble with their customer service before, and it’s pretty terrible.

My account shouldn’t just disappear after I download the latest desktop version, right? And speaking of which, every month there’s a new version you gotta download or else! It gets pretty tiresome every couple of weeks.

This seems to be a common problem with WB. Customers’ funded accounts disappearing for no apparent reason is a serious issue, and it looks like it happens often enough that it might be worth bringing to the SEC's attention.

In the future, before you go and lock my account, you oughta find out who's transferring the stock out of my account. There's really no justification for locking me out for a week, which has cost me a ton of cash, especially since I haven't done anything like transferring stock out. If I did, then please provide the evidence.

I ain't bothered by what folks think, I really dig Webull. It's got a user-friendly and easy-to-learn interface, yet it's still pretty advanced. There’s room for some tweaks with how orders work (like limit and tp/sl) on the desktop app.

Having fractional shares available on the desktop would be a nice touch too.

Get your case rolling now if you've been tricked by these folks. I'll make sure you get your money back in a fortnight.

I got scammed by Webull too! They are dishonest, deceitful, and total scammers!

Webull has a habit of shutting down your in-the-money options to pocket your cash, even if the price stays above the option's value. For instance, I had a put option at $376 that was set to expire, and the price was at $377.45 at 4:00 PM. It never dipped below $377 and ended at $4:15 still over $377, but at 4:02, they went ahead and liquidated my options, saying they couldn't cover them. Sure, they'll probably point to their terms of service as justification, but the bottom line is this: if your option is within a $2 range, just close it yourself. Better yet, consider using another broker because they’ll take advantage of you whenever they can.

These folks are wild, a total scam, and straight-up thieves. They'll keep messing with you and drain your wallet.

Just picture them twisting the verification questions and acting like they didn’t catch what you said, then they’ll just drop the call—no customer support whatsoever.

webull is a total scam. I set up an account and started with nothing. After putting in some cash, my webull balance went into the red before I even made a trade. If I could, I'd rate webull with negative stars. I've heard mixed reviews about robinhood, but honestly, it's been way better for me than webull.

Webull's customer service is the worst. No doubt about it. I can't tell if they're just clueless or if it's something else. Could be a mix of both.

I had a really bad time with We Bull! They're just the worst and keep your cash without offering any assistance! Seriously, don’t go with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBULL TRADING PLATFORM, THEY'RE ONLY OUT TO RIP YOU OFF. THEY SOLD OFF 32 SHARES OF MY NVDA AND 3 SHARES OF MRNA. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO WEBULL'S CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY NVDA AND MRNA STOCKS, THEY JUST SAID, 'WE DON'T KNOW, SORRY.' THEY'LL DUMP YOUR STOCKS WITHOUT A HEADS UP, SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS CHINESE-OWNED BROKER.

I've never faced issues adding cash to the app, but now that I want to withdraw my funds, it's been a real hassle. I've got money ready, but for three days straight, I've been trying to get it out. I called customer service, but no one seems to be helping me. All I hear is that the clearing house is unresponsive. I need this money for a bill, and I'm left in the dark about when I can access MY CASH.

On June 26, 2022, I tried to set a limit/stop order with a specific amount, but Webull went ahead and executed a trade that wasn’t what I intended. This mistake cost me $400. I reached out to tech support, and they claimed the problem was with CBOE/NASDAQ. What a lousy excuse! They offer this feature, but it doesn’t work properly. Any losses incurred on their trading platform fall on the customers. I’m seriously considering leaving Webull.

As fresh and inexperienced investors, we learned a costly lesson. We put in a few grand into stocks, and out of nowhere, they chose to split our shares, effectively taking thousands from us. We're holding 9 stocks, and they’ve split 5 of them, while the rest have tanked, so we’re bracing for another split soon. Then they send us a packet with an offer that’s just a few cents above what they decided to drop it to (a huge loss). Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider their offer. To us, Webull feels like a scam, and they’ve taken a few thousand bucks from us.
